Exams!!!

Exams are keeping me away from my friends, from netball, from Ghufran, from Titisan, from blogging, from reading novels and many many more. It's such a hindrance! I just hope exams actually brings me closer to Allah, insyaAllah...

Hmm... Last blogged on last last Monday and other than revision lectures, there are many fun events that went on.

Last Saturday, went to Fityan Recreation Day, so fun! And instead of dampening our spirits, the rain did otherwise! We prayed Zohor in the rain by the way. As in, really IN the rain under the dark clouds. It was... something new... Well, learnt (or you can say 'revise') some valuable lessons. I enjoyed the telematch very much, even if it was rather hard and challenging. I mean, imagine putting wet sand into a 1L bottle, then filling balloons with the sand from there and then transfer the sand back into the bottle. Sounds pointless and ridiculous right? But there's lessons to be learnt aite.

After the closing speech, Sis Nurain, Fahmi, Dan and I went to Ghufran for Asar and Maghrib prayers. We wanted to just eat and then go home, but since it was late, we prayed first lor. Afterwhich we went to LJS at TM to have dinner. Practically ALL the shops were closed 'cos of CNY... After eating, we went out into the open space to look for the Orion's belt to figure out how to find Qiblat at night. Then we played at the playground there while waiting for the comm members to finish their post mortem and make their way to TM. We took pictures, we spinned and we spun until I was so dizzy that I requested to go home. Since the comm members just finished their post mortem, we said let's just everyone go home straight... Dizzy night. Thanks Sis Nurain for walking with me. :)

Sunday was CNY and my uncle invited my family for bbq at his house. Haha. Didn't do much. Ate, smsed, teased my parents when they took turns using the massage chair and that's basically it. We went home soon after 'cos my mum wanted to watch 'Sepet'. We still don't see how 'Sepet' could beat 'Puteri Gunung Ledang'! PGL is like classic lah!

Monday was CNY again. Met up with Ad and we went to Jamie's house for CNY. Haha, first time... Xin Quan was already there and later on Nelson joined us. Jamie played a few pieces on the piano for us, so lovely!!! Oh man, wish I can play the piano... So then Jamie thought Ad and me a Sonatina piece. OoOoOo it was hard lol. When we left, Jamie gave me a copy of the piece. *big grin* Lol. That night, my mum and I watched 'Gubra'. Err... I think it's better to have NO COMMENTS...

Yesterday was public holiday. Since I'm khatam-ing this Saturday, we need to buy 'persalinan' for my grandma who is my ngaji teacher so my mum, my grandma and I went to TKC. I miss shopping!!!

I have no more classes so there's no school today. Supposed to be studying OTCM for the 1h exam tmr at 9AM. 2 topics down, 2 more to go... I'll be meeting Jamie later to lend her my Cell Bio notes. This girl ar, fell asleep after Mr Paul Cheung revised through the 2nd chapter haha. Maybe I will get some Maths done today as well. InsyaAllah!

Hmm... Can't wait to go buy the TP windbreaker! The money is in my hands heheheh. :D That will be my birthday present from my eldest brother. The clothes that I bought at First Lady is from the money my dad gave. My mum planning to share with my brother to buy me a single bed haha. She insists that having a single bed would give a lot more room. I'm gonna be 18! Hmm... Should keep mum about my age from next year onwards... Starting to sound old le... Ahem! This is not directed to anybody in particular but myself. Sesape yang terasa tu not my problem ehk :P

Oklah, back to mugging I suppose... I'm certainly looking forward to the 2-mths break after 28th Feb, which is my last day of exams! I miss reading novels... Jude Deveraux and Claire Delecroix and a few others woo wee! Oh and Mitch Albom too... And the Quran! Gonna go get Quran and it's translation book. I'm still not sure if I should get the English or Malay translation one... I got B3 for both languages, so which am I better at? Lol, I dunno... Btw, the Ipod-Q on Kak Aishah's blog looks/sounds so cool, but err... $280?? As my dad would say, mana nak cekau duit?!
